Safeguarding & Welfare
Our club is committed to providing a safe environment for all of our children and young people; and adults. All of our coaches, are safeguarding trained and all our coaches, volunteers and committee members hold the relevant DBS checks.
“Safeguarding and welfare work hand in hand to ensure individuals, especially children and adults, are protected from harm and supported in their overall well-being. While safeguarding focuses on preventing abuse, neglect, and exploitation, welfare promotes a safe, nurturing environment that supports physical, emotional, and social development. Together, they create a holistic approach to care, ensuring people not only stay safe but also thrive”
