Welcoming players from Year 4 to Adults.
Our Teams play 7-a-side netball, building on the fundamentals as players progress through the age groups.
Training sessions are held at Langley School, Duce Drive, Dawley, Telford.
For the 2025/26 season, TNC are trialing strength and conditioning training session, with the aim of aiding injury prevention, increasing players fitness and stamina, whilst improving plyometric and cardio performance.
