Welcoming players from Year 4 to Adults.
Our Teams play 7-a-side netball, building on the fundamentals as players progress through the age groups.
Training sessions are held at Langley School, Duce Drive, Dawley, Telford.
For the 2025/26 season, TNC are trialing strength and conditioning training session, with the aim of aiding injury prevention, increasing players fitness and stamina, whilst improving plyometric and cardio performance.

We are proud to make netball available to the wider community and our coaches offer the following session:
A slower pace but just as much fun and great for those not able to play the full game or returning from injury.
The social element of this session is just as important as the netball.
